How does a transfer to car-free Venice work?
Your chauffeur drives you from Marco Polo to Piazzale Roma, the last point reachable by car, in 20 to 25 minutes. On request we coordinate a private water taxi from the airport pontoon to your hotel, with end-to-end luggage handling.
Can you transfer between Venice and the Dolomites resorts?
Yes. Cortina d’Ampezzo is around 2 hours from Piazzale Roma or Marco Polo Airport, at a fixed price. In winter our vehicles are mountain-equipped and the chauffeur adjusts timings to road conditions.
Should I book earlier during Carnival or the Venice Film Festival?
Strongly advised. During Carnival, the Biennale and the film festival, Piazzale Roma pick-up slots and water taxis are in high demand. Book at least 72 hours ahead to secure your timing.
